Oakbrook Farm, Elegant Barn Wedding

Lindsey and Cody’s wedding was on November 9, 2019 at Oakbrook Farm in Ridgeway, SC. The couple has been together for 10 years and met back in high school when they were working together. They have been through so much together over the years!

Cody and Lindsey are both so kind! Lindsey is such a planner and had such a vision in her head for how their day would go. She was a dream bride for us to work with because she is so organized and had everything together! Cody is so easygoing and it seems like nothing gets him flustered or upset. Even on the wedding day, he was so relaxed!

Oakbrook Farms has the most magnificent bridal suite! It’s right above the beautiful barn and is complete with a huge living room area, hair and makeup room with mirrors and vanity areas, a full kitchen, and more! The owners actually lived there when they were building their own home, so it truly is an entire house! What bride doesn’t want that kind of space before her wedding??

A few months ago, I met Cody and Lindsey at Oakbrook for their engagement session. This is when I first fell in love with the venue! Then a few weeks before the wedding day, I met Lindsey and her mom and aunt for her bridals there! Such a beautiful place!

The bride and her family all had a huge hand in decorating and putting everything together! Lindsey and her Uncle Kenny did the floral work, which was so tasteful! Lindsey isn’t a big flower girl, so instead they used lots of cotton! I absolutely loved Lindsey’s bouquet!

We had the perfect Fall weather for their day! It was beautiful during the day and in the evening it was the perfect amount of chilly! Luckily they had heaters to warm everyone up at the reception!
