Baby Boy In-Home Newborn Session

I got to meet sweet baby Mack yesterday! He is ADORABLE, 9 days old as of yesterday, and truly is the perfect baby! He didn’t make a peep the entire time I was at their home.

Before I met him, from pictures that Megan and Richie had taken, I thought he looked JUST like his big brother Trace! They really look so much alike, but after meeting Mack in person, I totally see some differences. When I walked in, fully masked, Trace was so confused about who I was. 😂

It feels like just yesterday we were taking Trace’s newborn photos, and now somehow he is almost 20 months old! How in the world does time fly so quickly?? He and our first niece, Charlotte, are just 6 days apart in age, and it has been the sweetest thing to get to watch Trace grow up and see all of his milestones along the way.

We just love the Blanton family! They are the kind of people that you feel like you have known and loved forever. We actually have only known them a little over 2 years, but it truly feels like it’s been years! Richie and Megan have been constant and faithful friends to Mitchel and I, and we are so thankful for the Lord bringing them to Grace Church Anderson.

I first learned about Megan’s pregnancy with Mack during a photo session! Back in October, we did a photo session for Trace’s first birthday. It was adorable, and Trace was the perfect baby to photograph!

Well THIS was Trace’s face after I SQUEELED when Megan took “Trace’s letter board” out of her bag and set it in front of him!

I was so loud and excited that I made Trace cry! 😂 Of course, I was expecting the board to say something about Trace’s first birthday, NOT that he was going to be a big brother!!

So without further ado, welcome to the world Baby Mack! You are so loved! I can’t wait until the day coronavirus isn’t as much of a threat so that I can squeeze you! I can’t wait to love you just like I love your big brother!
