Grand Holland Estate | Greenville, SC Anniversary Photos

I was so excited to hear from Ashleigh when she reached out to me a few months ago about doing anniversary portraits of her and Chase! They were married last year at The Grand Holland Estate, a wedding venue in Simpsonville, SC on April 24! This year, they will be out of the country for their one year anniversary trip on their actual anniversary, so they decided to get back into their wedding attire and do some wedding portraits for their anniversary a few weeks earlier. I just LOVED this idea!

In my opinion, you can never have enough photos in your wedding dress as a woman, so this is the perfect chance to have more photos in that perfect dress, without the stress or pressures of time constraint you might have on a wedding day.

I’m so glad they decided to get back into their wedding dress and suit and create some beautiful portraits with me to celebrate their first year of marriage. The Grand Holland is just lovely and all of the beautiful florals were showing out during our time there.

The Grand Holland Estate

From the moment you walk up the the estate, you’re met with beauty! The architecture, the beautiful trees, the flowers. When you walk inside, it’s just as wonderful! The large wrap around staircase is a lovely focal point and is where Ashleigh and Chase said their vows in their wedding ceremony last year. There are plenty of beautiful and spacious rooms for bride and bridesmaids to get ready, and even the rooms upstairs are just beautiful.

Their reception space at the back of the venue is large enough for any party and the white background makes it the perfect place for any elegant wedding theme or color scheme.  The gardens are the perfect place for portraits, with blooming flowers, a pergola, lots of tall trees, and perfectly manicured landscapes.
