Newborn sessions are always just the sweetest time to photograph. Typically, the baby is anywhere between 1-3 weeks old, and is so sleepy and cuddly! I love photographing these tender moments between the baby and mom and dad.

Katie and Bryan just recently moved to Greenville and have the most adorable home. It was all decorated for Christmas when I arrived, since our session was just 2 days after Christmas. I love that they wanted to incorporate their Christmas decor, since little Sylvia was born so close to Christmas.

We started out in the nursery, which has the most adorable theme! It is space-dinosaur and it’s so unique and well-done! From the curtains to the prints on the wall, to the crib sheet and area rug, it’s just the cutest little room! Sylvia was perfectly sleepy for her photos and did not mind us photographing and adjusting her one bit. 

We took some photos in their living room near the Christmas tree and even had sweet Sylvia under the tree for a few photos. We also took a few photos in Katie and Bryan’s bedroom, I always love these, sweet and snuggly shots.

The day after our session, Sylvia’s grandparents were coming from out of town to meet her! I know they were all so ecstatic to see her and spend some time with Bryan and Katie.
