Mr. & Mrs. Fuller | Anderson, SC Lake Wedding

Anderson SC Broadway Lake Wedding

All of the weddings we get to photograph are super special and we feel honored to photograph each and every one of them. This wedding, was even more special. Addie, the beautiful bride, is a close friend of ours.

Mitchel and Addie’s friendship goes back to high school days, around 2008. Addie, Mitchel, and Sam (matron of honor) were the best of pals  in high school and I met them in college. So I’ve known Addie for quite a few years now, too. I am so grateful for the friend that Addie and Sam both were to Mitchel before I ever even knew him! Addie was in our wedding and in Sam’s wedding, so her special day completes the trifecta of weddings.

Addie and Corey met a few years ago and we are so thankful for the pair that they are! Corey is the perfect compliment for Addie. And he mixes so well in the friend group! 🙂

We could not have picked a better match for Addie and loved celebrating them on their wedding day!

The Wedding Day

On their wedding day, Addie and her girls were at the hair salon bright and early in the morning. Mitchel swung by for a little while to hang out and grab a few getting ready shots. Once the girls were ready, they came to the venue, where Addie got into her wedding dress, and it started to feel real! Corey arrived with one of his groomsmen, and was his normal happy self, just ready to see his bride.

Corey and Addie had their first look out on the dock right outside of the venue, overlooking the lake. We could not have asked for a prettier background and the Fall-colored leaves made it look like we were in the mountains. They shared notes and then gifts and had a few sweet moments to themselves before meeting up with the wedding party.

Their ceremony was outdoors and overlooked the lake on a super warm Fall day. Addie’s friend Joe performed the ceremony and his wife Jeri Lynn helped coordinate the day. Our sweet babe Grayson and his best bud Ollie were the cutest ring bearers who rode down the aisle (and did fabulously) in a red wagon. It was adorable.

Everything about the ceremony was perfect. The background for the ceremony location was stunning and it was such a nice day for a wedding!

They had a sweet reception complete with a BBQ food truck and cupcakes! I loved seeing Addie and Corey so happy and all of the people who love them together in one place.
