Rocky River Plantation Engagement Session | Anderson, SC

Katey and Bentley’s engagement session was a perfect, sunny, and warm August day at the stunning Rocky River Plantation in Anderson, South Carolina. It was the perfect setting for an engagement photoshoot that was simply gorgeous, with the most beautiful scenery.

We have loved photographing sessions at Rocky River Plantation in the past, and this one was a top favorite for sure!

The sweet bride-to-be, Katey, happens to be a talented hair and makeup artist we’ve worked with a few times before. Knowing her expertise in the wedding industry, we were honored when she first reached out to us about capturing her and Bentley’s wedding day. 

Katey and Bentley are just adorable and their love for each other is precious and shows through their photos. With the golden glow of the sunshine filtering through the trees, we couldn’t have asked for better lighting and weather. The couple absolutely rocked their session with every pose and location at Rocky River. From stolen kisses under old oak trees to playful twirls on the grassy lawns, it was a picturesque time. 

Katey and Bentley looked absolutely radiant and I just loved Katey’s dresses!

These engagement photos are just the beginning…they’re planning to tie the knot at Rocky River in March, and if this photoshoot was any indication, their wedding day is going to be pure magic! So, stay tuned for more love and beauty at Rocky River next spring. It’s going to be so lovely!
