Kayla Yordy & Bryson Davenport were married Labor Day weekend on September 2, 2023. They were married at The Barn at Sitton Hill Farm in Easley, SC.
Kayla and Bryson met at work, while working at UPS. They are both delivery drivers and work in the Greenville area. Kayla delivers in the downtown area and Bryson in another area of Greenville.
I first met them last Fall for their engagement photos at Kayla’s friends farm in Woodruff, SC. I had so much fun with them that day on Ashley’s beautiful farm!
Kayla and Bryson are a great team! They were ready to be married and had lots of fun with their family and friends on their big day. Their wedding colors of lavender and dark purple were beautiful!
Separately, they were both very easy going as they got ready with their best people by their sides. Kayla shared a sweet first look with her dad that brought lots of tears and smiles. Then, she and Bryson came together to share a first look, just the two of them at the front of the bridal cottage, which is a beautiful and private spot that has the most beautiful golden light from the sun.
It seemed like they were completely comfortable in that moment of seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day, and any nervousness melted away. Their wedding party came over to meet them and celebrate them after they shared their first look and we took a few portraits of the two of them. Their friends were so fun and ready to celebrate them!
Bryson had a very special spot left open for his best man, to honor his late father, Chad. Kayla told me that Bryson’s dad had the best seat in the house to witness their marriage and that his presence would be felt on the wedding day, as Bryson’s family is such a close-knit one.
The ceremony took place on the patio overlooking the beautiful fields, beside the main venue. From that view, the guests looked on while watching our sweet bride and groom say I do with lovely rolling hills and fields in the background. It was sunny, hot and completely beautiful!
Their reception was an absolute blast and they looked like they had the time of their lives dancing and singing on the dance floor! They had a fun glow stick exit, which makes for the best photos!
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Davenport! We hope you had the best time on your honeymoon and wish you all the best in your new adventure called marriage!
