A Stunning, Classy Heyward Manor Summer Wedding

Addie Ethredge and Caleb White were married at Heyward Manor just outside of Anderson, one of our very favorite wedding venues on August 12, 2023.

Addie and Caleb first met through mutual friends while they were in college at Clemson several years ago. 

Caleb proposed to Addie in December of last year, and then I got to officially meet them when we met for their engagement session in February. We decided to take their engagement photos in downtown Greenville, which was stunning, as always. We started on the steps of Grace Church Downtown and then walked around Iconic Downtown Greenville. We stopped by Wyche Pavilion, and lots of beautiful areas along Falls Park.

The Wedding Day

Addie and Caleb are such a lovely duo. They are both so kind and fun. The day was so beautiful and was a super hot but beautiful August day. 

They had a lovely wedding day and looked so happy to be celebrating with their family and friends. Their wedding party was made up of some of their best friends and family members and were the best group of people to have around the couple as they became one. So fun, helpful, and kind!

To add to the sentimental day, Addie’s uncle officiated their wedding ceremony which was so sweet and heartfelt. The ceremony was held just outside of the main venue, on the patio overlooking the pond. It was the perfect sunny day for a Heyward patio ceremony. 

The Reception 

Their reception featured amazing food from Boulevard Catering and some of the best entertainment from The Residents Band, who are personal friends of ours. It was so fun to finally get to hear them in action at The Whites wedding!

There was rain in the forecast but it held off until later during the reception. The skies turned a dark and deep blue so we did sunset portraits a bit earlier than planned to make sure we didn’t get hit with rain.

They danced and sang the night away and we all had so much fun! They had the perfect sparkler exit as an end to their perfect day.
