Welcome to the blog. Here you're going to find everything from heart-warming marriage stories, to beautiful images of our clients. We want to invite you into our lives.
Suzanne and Stony were married on August 22 at Fountain Inn Presbyterian Church, with their reception at Windy Hill Barn in Simpsonville.
Suzanne just loves telling her proposal story. Stony had planned an extravagant scavenger hunt, where he’d propose at the end. She said she was so clueless and in shock that even once he was in the midst of proposing, she was unsure of what was going on. Too funny. We love that they have a unique story to tell. Their wedding day was no different, and leading up to their big day was full of stories to tell!
The new Mr. & Mrs. Reid decided they wanted to get married and even coronavirus could not stop their love! We are so glad that they proceeded with their original date and modified things as needed to keep everyone safe.
On the wedding day, both Stony and Suzanne did not seem nervous at all to my knowledge. They both were calm and had fun with their wedding party in their separate getting ready rooms at the church.
We knew they would likely be fun and easy going, because they were that same way at their engagement photo session, when it DOWNPOURED on us out of no where. Even that didn’t phase this couple!
The wedding day seemed to fly by! The girls got ready at Suzanne’s house, just 2 minutes from the church. It was so nice that they could all have a large area to hangout together before heading to the church. It’s extra special to Suzanne that they got ready there since she will likely be selling her house soon. It has been such a special home for her, and now she’ll be moving to Aiken with Stony!
Once the girls got to the church and settled in the bride’s room, the guys were not far behind! We made sure Stony was hidden away so he didn’t accidentally run into Suzanne. It was a sweet time before the ceremony and then the moment everyone had been waiting for finally happened in the beautiful Fountain Inn Presbyterian Church.
The reception had wonderful music by The Shag Doctorz band, which was a blast, and we got to take several photos with their getaway car, the beautiful, white Rolls Royce!
We were so thankful that the forecast for the week leading up to the wedding, even until 3-4 hours before we arrive, was wrong. There was a large chance of rain all day long. But thankfully, that never happened!
Suzanne and Stony, we wish you two all the best! We are so happy that you two beat the coronavirus odds and got to have your dream day!
