Easley SC Intimate Outdoor Wedding | Mr. & Mrs. Nicely

Until this wedding day, I had never shot a mid week wedding, and I am now in-LOVE! Why not have an intimate gathering of 20 of your favorite people on a Wednesday morning?? I am FOR it!

Intimate weddings have so many pros, honestly. Less stress, more time to savor sweet moments between the people closest to you, and just a really sweet time with your new spouse!

Michelle and Josiah were both so low key on the wedding day. Michelle was nervous and quiet but did not show her nerves one bit. Josiah showed up as happy and chipper as could be! I feel like this describes their personalities well.

On my drive to their wedding venue just outside of Anderson, in Easley, there were a few sprinkles of rain. I immediately just prayed that the rain would pass. We had a few unseasonably cold June days 2 days before the wedding, and the wedding day was a bit more of the same, so we were grateful for the absence of the normal June heat and humidity. As soon as my second shooter and I arrived at the wedding venue, the rain drops stopped. Praise!

The day was a sweet one, with Michele and Josiah’s favorite people in attendance. The ceremony was performed by Josiah’s dad, which made it even more special and intimate. Michelle had a good friend of hers as her maid of honor and Josiah’s 2 children were a bridesmaid and best man.

They had a sweet reception, complete with the traditional first dances, and of course cupcakes!

Enjoy some of my favorite shots from the day!
