Sylvania, GA Intimate Bed and Breakfast Wedding

Sarah and Kinch were married on November 28th in Sylvania, GA. They got married at Kinch’s family’s Bed and Breakfast, where his grandparents lived, Kinchley Place. How many people can say that their wedding venue includes their name?! So neat and also sentimental that they were able to be married at a place with such history and significance to the Overstreet family.

Kinch and Sarah were introduced by Kinch’s family member and Sarah’s friend. They politely agreed to the setup made for them and they got together and had their first date at Starbucks in Anderson back in May of 2018. 

We met up with them back in early March for their engagement session in Clemson, and got to meet their cute puppy, who Kinch actually picked up the day of their first date!

The Wedding Day

On the wedding day, Sarah looked as happy as can be from the moment we walked in where the girls were having hair and makeup done. 

Sarah loves to plan and prepare, so she had her hand in many of the details of the day. She loves to be organized and prepared, and her wedding day was no exception. She was organized and calm, and seemed to enjoy being with her girls that morning. Kinch was calm and relaxed as well.

After hair and makeup was done, Sarah had a sweet first look with her dad, and then he prayed over Sarah and Kinch. Sarah’s dad performed their ceremony, so it was super sweet to see them include him in a prayer before the ceremony. 

Their ceremony took place in the beautiful backyard area of the venue under a white tent with string lights. They had the most beautiful floral cross behind them.

After the ceremony, the couple was all smiles as we took family photos and then wedding party pictures out front of the colorful bed and breakfast. The navy and red looked perfect with the house in the background.

There were a few intimate and perfect spots with tons of greenery and Fall color for a few romantic bride and groom portraits before heading to their reception. Sarah and Kinch were able to take a few minutes to themselves to soak up being husband and wife before entering their reception, which included a pizza food truck, the most amazing and unique cupcake flavors, and sweet speeches and dancing!

Sarah and Kinch, we wish you all the best and were thrilled to be included in your journey to your wedding day, and the sweet celebration! Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Overstreet!
