Greenville SC Wedding| Mr. & Mrs. Kuklinski

Prince of Peace Catholic Church and Holly Tree Country Club Wedding

The new Mr. & Mrs. Kuklinski were married in Taylors, SC at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Their reception was at Holly Tree Country Club in Simpsonville.

Liz and Mike have been together for just over a year and recently had a few months of long distance while Mike was at military training.

I loved meeting Liz and Mike this past Summer for their engagement session in Downtown Greenville. We met at Spill the Beans and then worked our way around lots of fun spots in Greenville. I loved hearing about the two of them and their wedding plans.

The Wedding Day

Liz and Mike were both calm and collected on the morning of their wedding. Once they were ready for their first look, we brought them both outside the beautiful church and they had a few moments together. Then they took time to pray a rosary and have an intimate time together preparing for their marriage Mass.

Once we met back up with them after they prayed together, we took portraits of Mike and Liz and then their entire wedding party.

The weather was absolutely perfect for a February day, full of sun and decently warm, too, which was so nice! Liz’s dad joked at their reception that it’s all due to Liz’s moms persistent, daily prayers for great weather.

At the reception, Liz’s dad welcomed everyone with a champagne toast. We loved hearing how sweetly he talked about their “Lizzie” and how Liz ended up living with her parents while starting her new job during the pandemic.

Liz’s sister Kate gave a sweet speech about their childhood and how they would play house together. She said she couldn’t describe what Liz’s husband looked or acted like, but she always pretended that he was in the Army. Kate had never told Liz that, so that little fact was a surprise for her.

Kate also mentioned that she always thought that there was no one good enough for Liz. She ended her speech by saying that “I stand corrected, there is in fact someone good enough for Liz Murphy.” Such a sweet time of hearing from one of the people who knows Liz the best and how fondly she spoke of both Liz and Mike and their relationship.

Note to the Happy Couple

Mr. & Mrs. Kuklinski, we are thrilled for you two as you begin your marriage. The way you look at each other and care for each other is a sweet thing to witness and we are so glad we got to be a part of your big day! Your love for each other is so beautiful and we wish you all the best as you begin your new life together in Texas!
