Let’s be honest for a minute, we are pretty private people. If it were up to us, we would spend just about every evening in our homes, by ourselves. The problem is, we know that it isn’t good for us, our social skills, our spiritual lives, or even our marriage.

It’s been over four months of being a full time photographer. Time has flown by and owning my own business has been my greatest adventure! But would you believe me if I told you I almost let fear stop me from becoming a photographer?

2018 was my year of podcasts and audiobooks, as a way to supplement my lack of desire for reading. I have discovered my love for podcasts because they are a great way to learn and grow. But in 2019, I’ve decided to read a book a month. (Which may not seem like a lot to my husband who read almost 50 books last year), but it’s a big deal for me.
